By using whenyoufree you agree to these terms. They’re written to be readable, not to trip you up.
The service
whenyoufree is a group scheduling tool. Organisers create events and share a link; friends respond with the dates they can make it. The service is provided by Jordan Cooper, UK.
Free to use
The core product is free for organisers and completely free for respondents. A Pro tier with additional features is available as a one-time payment via Lemon Squeezy.
Your responsibilities
- Don’t use whenyoufree for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.
- Don’t attempt to scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- You’re responsible for the event details you enter and the links you share.
- Respondent names and availability are entered voluntarily — only share event links with people you actually want to invite.
Your content
You own the data you enter. We don’t claim any rights to your event names, dates, or responses. We store it to run the service, nothing more.
Availability and uptime
We aim to keep whenyoufree running reliably, but we don’t guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided as-is. We’re not liable for any loss caused by downtime or data loss, though we take backups seriously.
Pro — one-time payment
- Pro is a one-time payment of £14.99, processed via Lemon Squeezy. There is no subscription or recurring charge.
- Pro access is granted to your account immediately on payment and does not expire.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Email us if something went wrong.
Pro fair use
Pro is licensed for personal use only. This includes organising events for friends, family, flatmates, sports groups, and social clubs. The following are not permitted under a personal licence:
- Using whenyoufree as part of a paid commercial service (event planning agencies, corporate coordinators, hospitality businesses, venues).
- Reselling or white-labelling access to whenyoufree.
- Running whenyoufree on behalf of a business where scheduling is part of a commercial offering.
- Automated or bulk event creation.
Businesses wishing to use whenyoufree commercially should contact us at [email protected] to discuss terms. The free tier has no fair use restriction.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. If you want to delete your account and data, email us and we’ll sort it promptly.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
